Gamelan Naga Mas are delighted to welcome back to Glasgow Bapak Prasadiyanto, master musician from Solo, Indonesia. For the second year running Pak Prasad has been supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia to be resident in Glasgow for two months, working with both members of Naga Mas and students at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. This celebratory concert will present the outcome of the project, including a rare opportunity in Scotland to hear a full-length traditional Javanese gendhing.
